Most recently head of Disney Interactive Studios, Graham grew Disney into top-ten publisher in North America and spearheaded aggressive early growth on smartphones and tablets. He also held leadership positions in the toy and merchandise business and is an expert in franchise building. A gamer since his first Atari 2600 console and Sinclair ZX 81, Graham still owns his childhood Sinclair ZX Spectrum.

Brian Leake


Brian Leake has 20 years of technology experience with leading video game companies starting as a studio software engineer with Viacom before rising to technology leadership positions at Namco, Vivendi/Sierra and his most recent position as CTO at Disney Interactive Studios. Brian taught himself to program games at age 11, and later partnered with a college friend for his first published title in 1990.

Jay Riddle


Jay’s career spans film visual effects and video games. He had 17 years of industry-leading experience with digital pioneers like Industrial Light & Magic and Digital Domain before crossing over to video games 13 years ago. Jay served as Chief Visual Officer for Electronic Arts before joining Disney Interactive Studios in a senior creative leadership role. Jay is a graduate of USC’s School of Cinematic Arts. His early influences include Asteroids, pinball, ColecoVision, Mad Magazine and Frosted Flakes.

Scott has over 15 years of experience as a marketing executive for various start-ups and established brands with a successful track record in defining, launching and driving revenue for major video game franchises such as The Avengers, Turok, Kingdom Hearts and Medal of Honor for leading entertainment companies like Disney/Marvel, Electronic Arts and Take-Two Interactive. He is passionate about building brands and launching new mobile focused products and has spent 7+ years in the mobile App space. Scott specializes in finding, building and retaining large (millions of customers) global audiences. When not playing videogames, he spends time outside with his girlfriend biking, hiking and exploring the mountains and deserts of California.
